STATEMENT OF THE JURY | The submitted project “Technology Park – Multifunctional Office Building in Bad Aibling” shows an innovative and consistent approach to timber construction. The project consists of prefabricated timber modules that are not permanently connected to each other. This makes them recyclable and enables a resource-saving, recyclable and flexible construction method. The planning of the prefabricated components enables time-saving and cost-effective implementation. The desired architectural project was implemented in an excellent structural manner in the present work.
