The ČKAIT event started with the launch of a new building book in the neo-baroque rectors office at the Brno University of Technology on 24 April 2018 and was followed by the Engineers Day that focused  on fast rail projects. On 26 April 2018 a discussion on BIM took place in which SG Thürriedl and Chairman of the ECEC BIM Working Group, President of the Slovak Chamber of Engineers, Prof. Vladimir Benko presented the ECEC approaches on the topic.
