New ECEC member organizations
On 20th of November 2010 the ECEC General Assembly that convened in Ljubljana, Slovenia unanimously accepted two new members: The Chamber of Authorised Architects and Engineers of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK). With the addition of these two Chambers, ECEC has reached the number of 16 member organizations.
Implementation of the Services Directive
The deadline for the implementation of the Services Directive ended in December 2009. For more information on the implementation in the different countries please click here
According to the Directive so called "Points of Single Contact" to be installed in the member countries. They shall allow service providers to deal with and to complete their administrative formalities electronically when they want to do business across Europe.
