The Serbian Chamber of Engineers was founded 14th June 2003 pursuantto the Law on Planning and Construction, as an independent and professional organization of graduated engineers and spatial planners.

The Serbian Chamber of Engineers, represented by the president, Mr. Milan Vukovich , Bachelor of Civil Engineering , was welcomed within the ECEC family by the 2nd General Assembly in Warsaw on 23.11.05.
